As a German, I am very picky with my German food. We went here for dinner last Saturday evening. Jack ordered the pork shank which was decent though certainly not as good as some. They were out of my first choice, Sauerbraten, so I got the Nürnberger Sausages with Sauerkraut. The sausages were a little larger than they are supposed to be. They were not grilled enough and the flavor was way to mild, diluted one could say. The Kraut was somewhere in between the more sour Frankfurt style and the sweeter Nürnberg style. Our friend had the Gulasch. It had a nice sauce but the meat was dry.
But they had good German Schnaps (we had Obstler) and Beer.
