  • After work last night we noticed a lot of ants in our home. It was around 6 in the evening when I tried calling an exterminating company. Bulwark answered the phone and made an appointment for the next day, Saturday. The service technician, Andrew Robb, called 5 minutes before arriving at the house. Andrew was at the house at the beginning of the two hour time frame for the appointment. Andrew came into the house and explained the terms of the contract which was consistent with the terms given to me over the phone the previous evening. Andrew went over my bug problem and promptly explained what was happening and how to remedy the problem. Andrew also stated the the chemicals used were non toxic to pets. He then sprayed outside around the perimeter of the house and inside the garage. In addition to spraying he also knocked down all the spider webs. So far I am very impressed with Bulwark.
