I was fitted for a new wheelchair on April 13 (I started the process February 20th), and was told that they took both of my insurances. Today, I received a call that they did not take both of my insurances and that I should contact another wheelchair company. I called 2 weeks before and they were still processing everything and contacted my insurance. 5 weeks later I am starting over and need a new backrest desperately. I don't know why they couldn't tell me this sooner! Incompetent people and company!
