Went into store looking for an Idyllic Brand Hepa air filter sold primarily by Lowes. Having never been in this particular store I needed assistance finding it. I passed approximately 15 employees. NO one made eye contact. NO one asked if I needed assistance. Finally I stopped an employee who again was walking past me Head on and I could tell had no incentive to look at me or offer assistance. I asked him where I could find the filter and described the Idyllic air machine which utilized the filter. His response..IF I have it it will be on isle 34(other side of store). I can only imagine he had somewhere else more important to be because he kept walking. #1. He didn't know his inventory #2 helping me wasn't his top priority.
I found the air filter on my own. Went up front to checkout and low n behold my faith in Humanity was restored. DIAMANTE... young African American Man acknowledged my presence. Showed me respect. Now this young man should be running the show. Post note.. I called the store attempting to relay my experience and spare Lowes the embarrassment of this post. I waited N waited after going thru customer service for the manager to come to the phone.... He never did... guess he had better things to do as well
