  • My husband and I walked by D Liche and were drawn in by the beautiful space and desire for a sweet treat. The owner is delightful, the space beautiful and the cupcakes, OUTSTANDING! We live in Boulder, Colorado and have a cupcake only bakery as well but the cupcakes at D Liche absolutely are the best either of us have ever had! My husband had a triple chocolate, I didn't know that 90% cacao is black. Food coloring isn't used in the cupcakes. I had a carrot cake cupcake. We couldn't leave Montreal without a second stop. My husband had a triple chocolate again, although a large cupcake this time and I had 2 minis, a strawberry and caramel. The cupcakes are moist, not too sweet and absolutely D Liche. There are so many great restaurants in Montreal but save dessert for D Liche.
