  • i don't care how cheap you think the rent is here... go somewhere else! you will surely regret moving here. the riff raf is one thing. teens swearing and loitering all on the stairs outside the apartment but whats worse is the unprofessional management. the plumbing here is horrible and every time we call them for a maintenance request they act like it's our fault that their plumbing sucks! our toilets stay clogged as well as our sinks. the dishwasher leaks and so does the washing machine. they use cheap flat paint which makes it impossible to wipe your walls. and last nights gunshots fired outside my kids bedroom window took the cake. when i talked to management they insisted it wasnt gunshots but a broken window. they must think im stupid! unsafe - ghetto nosey management - loitering kids stay away!!!
