  • I decided to try Green & Ross for routine maintenance and minor repairs after feeling like I was constantly being upsold and overcharged by my dealership. I dropped off a car that wouldn't start on Wednesday and left it overnight. All of the staff were very friendly and polite and for the first time in my life, someone apologized to me for the "bad news" that my battery needed to be replaced. Considering that it could have been the alternator, a mere battery replacement was good news. The service was great and the staff were friendly, courteous and very honest.
