  • I had a great experience with Rentals America. They were managing a property for me in Arizona when I lived in California. Before them, I tried managing the property myself - this was okay when the tenant was someone I knew, but as soon as repairs came up and I had to find a new tenant, this quickly became a huge headache. I tried one other property management company before them and didn't have the best experience in terms of responsiveness and finding a tenant. But when I called Rentals America, Luc made me comfortable right away. Then, they found a credit approved tenant within 2 weeks. Over the 3 years they managed my property, Dee quickly communicated repairs and issues that came up while keeping the experience hands off and stress free for me. Finally, when I went on to sell the property, Dee continued to be extremely helpful and fair with the tenant move-out process. Overall, I can honestly say I have no complaints. The experience was so stress-free that I didn't even worry about the monthly management fee, but even when I compared it to other companies, I remember it being cheaper/more than fair. I would highly recommend Rentals America - thanks Dee for all your help!
