This was a great hike that I took with my children over the weekend. We've climbed Turtlehead peak at Red Rock and it's amazing all on it's own, but this hike was not as hard for children and you still get an amazing view from the top. The kids were able to jump around on some of the bigger rocks, play in the sand. The water "tanks" that are there are very neat. The temps were in the 50's which was great, but honestly there is a lot of shade on this hike so you could do at higher temps for sure. I highly recommend this hike.
