  • I went into Weber's for the first time today. I was told I could find the ingredients needed to make a wax protection for my dogs paws. I was able to find 1 of the 3 ingredients needed and the workers had no idea what the other 2 ingredients were. There was a worker who was asked to help me and she was complaining the entire time because she was eating her lunch, she didn't smile, she wasn't friendly at all. I spent about 30 minutes in there looking for the stuff that I needed, one scowl after another because I was asking for help. Such a bummer! When I went to check out after my 30 minute shopping experience, come to find out they didn't take credit cards. Mind you, they didn't have anything posted, if they did, I wouldn't have wasted my time or theirs. So, I abandoned my beeswax and had to leave because I don't carry cash. I don't think I'll be returning.
