rev:text	I despise this store! Their wait times are ridiculous! Their customer service is beyond pathetic! I was lied to about my options when my phone broke & dismissed when I questioned their lies. I eventually drove to the downtown summerlin store where it was confirmed to me that I was lied to! They took great care of me there! I wouldn't recommend the T-Mobile off lake mead to anyone. Save yourself the frustration & just drive somewhere else!
