  • So, I went in for an oil change and turns out my vehicle needs synthetic oil. Richie was upfront and honest with me regarding everything- he even showed me the oil cap where it specifies synthetic. I've done several changes in the car so far and nobody told me. He even honored a coupon for the synthetic oil. Nice to get honest service in the car repair biz.
