  • First off it is not 10 dollars a month, that is a scam. There is an initial sign up fee as well as a yearly 50 dollar 'maintenance' fee ( Why? The equipment here is broken ALL the time so where is this money going?) If you do the math with all of their hidden charges it is closer to 17/month spread out over the whole year, they just have a couple big bombs they drop on you periodically hoping that you will only notice the monthly $9.99 charge. Staff here is rude, the place attracts bro's and meatheads...it's not worth it. Oh did I mention there is a cancellation fee as well? To add to this, recently they've outsourced all their financial related business so if you walk in and try to cancel or modify the membership or dispute a charge, the staff here will just hand you a stupid postcard to call 1800 ABC financial.
