  • I love the folks at Service King. Took my truck in for damages done while it was parked. Dennis Golden was my service advisor and from day one was amazing. He is very respectful to his customers, and very supportive of military, and first responders, which is very important to me. Dennis went through the entire process. During the initial estimate went through what was going to be done, and set all the proper expectations. Once I dropped off my truck for repairs, the desk rep immediately called Enterprise to ensure I got a ride for my rental, Dennis came out greeted me, I knew my truck was in good hands. I was contacted and provided a status during the repairs and the repair time went as scheduled. My truck looks like new. I did feel horrible, because I did drop off my truck when it was dirty, and when it was delivered to me it had a full detail inside and out. I got a lot more than I expected. Thank you all at Service King, great job. I hope nothing happens to my truck again, but if I need collision repairs again I know who I'll be choosing.
