  • I had the worst guest service experience today. Ahwatukee auto spa on chandler and 46st, do not go there! I went there today for a car wash, and it damaged my car. Their response "this happens all the time, just glue it back on" I told them since they damaged it, they should fix it and glue it back on. I walk up, and the franchise owner is trying to tape it on with red duck tape. I told him to stop as he was going to damage it further as well as put tape on my paint. He stormed off and said "I tried to help you, good luck taking care of it yourself." Seriously, this was the response from the franchise owner. Unbelievable, the business ethics of this place is horrible. I did not ask for a refund of my carwash or for anything unreasonable. All I wanted was for them to correctly fix the damage their carwash created. The franchise owner was extremely rude and refused to acknowledge fault, or fix the problem. I will be sharing this experience on social media as I do not want anyone I know to go through a similar situation.
