  • I'll give the experience 2 stars because the shoes we took DID actually get repaired. The "experience" ends there because the owner/ manager needs some serious training in customer service. Impolite, rude, short with customers doesn't begin to describe how he treated us and all other customers in this store. Do yourself a favor and if you're not short on time, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
