I went to this place for the first time on June 30th around 8 pm. My friend and I took a seat on the patio. We were given a menu. Five minutes later we received water. We spent several minutes looking at the menu and waited for a waitress. Several minutes had passed. I hear the waitress sayin good night to the table behind us. I think to myself, okay here comes the waitress making her rounds. Nope! No waitress comes to our table. My friend and I continue talking. I check my phone. 15 minutes have passed. Several tables on the patio empty out while we wait. I tell my friend, I don't think you'll be getting that drink I promised you. Her response, I think maybe not. We finally decide to leave about 25 minutes after arriving. As we walk out, I hear a woman (staff I assume) saying good night.
It's unfortunate. The patio and atmosphere was nice and the food smelled good but I'll never know because I have no plan to ever return. No restaurant that knows anything about customer service should leave customers waiting that long to order. Damn shame that Denny's has better service than this place.
Let me add, I wish I read the reviews prior to going here. I tend to read the worst reviews first to see if there's a pattern and there seems to be one. I also would've thought twice about going after seeing how the owner likes to rip into his reviewers. That's most definitely not cool or professional.
