  • Shim is terrible. Had an old tooth that broke when I was a kid and was discolored. Came in for a veneer and was talked in to getting both my front teeth done. Nbd except my other tooth was perfect and I expected he could match it. He up sold me. And that was the most attention I have ever gotten from him as the other posts will tell you. He did a terrible job, I had to come back literally 8 times. The teeth were too big and immediately chipped. He did redo them for 1/4 price. That happend 3 times as the teeth he put in never fit or matched. The temps fell out over and over and over... And over again. One of the veneers now needs a root canal, both are still minorly and he conveniently stopped carrying my insurance and won't see me anymore. Disgraceful. I'm considering suing for malpractice.
