  • Ran a battery of blood tests/X-rays on our pet over a weekend, missing the root cause of a problem that our home vet picked up on a quick physical examination the following Monday. Staff seems sincere and well-intentioned, and with the new (home vet) diagnosis in hand they operated on our pet successfully. Would like to rate them higher for the end result (the surgeon did a v. good job) but I was frustrated throughout the process and the bill was unnecessarily high.
