  • Unhappy with Ace Uniforms. Bought what I thought were new 5.11 trousers (5.11 products are good but expensive). The trousers had been altered, which I didn't know at the time I bought them, and I don't like the way they fit. I have 4 pairs of 5.11 trousers so I was confident that the size I bought was correct in all aspects; length, waist, crotch, etc. I live in Colorado and, of course, no longer have the sales receipt so I can't return them. Sent an email to Ace, not asking for a refund, just complaining that I think they are a less than straight-up business. I did not receive a reply.
