  • Just recently purchased a new iPhone 8 Plus and AirPods here. Everything went well and the manager even gave me a discount on them. The AirPods had an issue so I got them swapped out, but that has nothing to do with Verizon or their customer service. I've been here many times and have not had any problems that I can remember. Not sure what all the negative reviews are for... Sounds like some people will complain about anything and make a big deal out of nothing just for some attention.
