  • Happy customer right here! Arthur is AMAZING!!! I moved to Charlotte a few months ago and trying to find a stylist in a new city was NOT a task I was looking forward to. I've had bad experiences in the past. Plus, I'm getting married in two months so no pressure right? As you can tell from my before picture I totally let my hair go due to the move and wedding planning. I had horribly grown out roots with lots of gray showing, totally fried ends from an old baylayage, and my color was faded with brassiness galore... Oh and don't even get me started with my bleached out eyebrows. Ugh. I sat down in Arthur's chair (the hot mess that I was) and was immediately put at ease during our consultation. He listened to my concerns as well as what I wanted, gave great feedback and has a fabulous sense of humor! The entire process was a pleasure and so much fun! He gave me a beautiful cut with lots of movement without taking off too much length, rich color with tons of dimension, and perfect eyebrows. Oh, and his blow outs are serious business, my hair still looked great when I woke up this morning. Wow! Arthur is magical and because of him my hair is on the road to recovery. Most importantly he helped me feel like myself again. Everyone at the salon was so nice. Love that they provide a complementary beverage, and the hot towel was a great touch. The space is stunning and all of the decor is gorgeous. I already booked my next appointment. BTW this is the first time I've ever left a review for any company, that is how impressed I am. Thank you!
