  • I often use fleet departments to negotiate deals whenever buying a car. After receiving the price that I wanted and going to the dealership to start the purchasing process, the incorrect car was brought out to me since there was a mix up in the specs. However, George Brennan was very patient throughout the incident, located the exact car that I wanted, and drove all the way to Flagstaff to get it. He is so incredibly humble that he didn't even tell us that he actually went to get it and didn't make us feel bad about going the extra mile to do whatever it took to make us happy! He's also very knowledgeable about the vehicles, which is sadly not the case with most salesman. I have bought a lot of cars and this was the best car buying experience that I have had. I definitely recommend for everyone looking for a Toyota to give this place and their fleet department a shot.
