Hong Kong is a tried and true Hong Kong flavored cuisine that I've been going to for more than 10 years. When I used to live across the street in this place, I've had weeks where we've come here for dinner 2-3x a week!! I've also seen parents of many of my Asian friends eating here since they think it is one of the top Asian diners in the East valley as well! The food here is very authentic and I haven't had too much of the American Chinese food here so I won't comment on those. The service is probably lacking compared to most American chains but something familiar to those from China. If you come for dinner you get free soup as well!
What to order: black pepper beef, walnut shrimp, fried taro Duck, beef with egg sauce chow fun, green beans in XO sauce, lamb with bean curd in hotpot, Cantonese style seafood pan fried noodles, preserved vegetables with pork, or salt and pepper pork chops. Any of those options are great and staples of HK dining. If you're not sure what to order pick from the list above!!
