We went there to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday because that's where she wanted to eat. There were seven of us, and when reservations were made we informed them it was her birthday. I had the 24 oz. bone in ribeye cooked medium rare with char-crust. It was cooked just right and came with onion rings (greasy) on top. Had I known I'd have told them to leave them in the kitchen. Not what I expected on a $50.00 steak. My wife ordered the fried (formerly broasted) chicken. It was a small leg, a small thigh and one other piece which seemed to be fried, not roasted as the waitress stated. For the $18.00 you could get almost four roasted chickens that taste better at Costco. If they wanted to serve chicken and charge a higher price they could have made it tastier. At each table there was a basket of bread, but we received none at ours. It didn't dawn on us until we were done, so we didn't request any. The waitress we had seemed to be unfriendly and we felt rushed. The unfriendliness persisted throughout the meal. When we left my wife and sister voiced their complaints to the hostess, who agreed that we should have been given a basket of bread. She claimed that the restaurant had recently served some 800 people because it was Spring Training, and that they needed to slow down now that it wasn't so busy. With tip we laid out right around $300.00 and will not be returning. It's difficult to park there, and they offer valet parking at $5.00 with a sign that explains that the $5.00 does not include a tip. Thanks but no thanks.
