  • We've been coming here for awhile now whenever we kill one of our house plants or want ideas for the outside. For the most part we like Moon Valley. They work hard at their customer service and have replace plants and bushes that have died too early for whatever reason. I've also read my fellow Yelpers who haven't had the experience we have had. I understand. We did need to argue our case at times. But I also believe it is how we approach people and the seniority of those we ask to fix things. I have always found it is important to find the manager who can be in a position to right a wrong.
