  • Sorry about the lengthy review but I am disgusted by the service I received at this location by the owner Julie. I had a pedicure and gel manicure done on a Sunday. That day it looked great I was happy with the job done and was repeatedly asked by Julie to provide a positive Yelp review and I could receive a discount. She took a picture of my nails but I preferred to wait and utilize my discount another day. Needless to say, 2 days later, the gel began to lift from my nails and chip away. I called and asked to return Tuesday which they accommodated but I was unable to make it due to my work schedule. I returned My next day off Friday. I was told there was no time to fix my botched job but i could get the gel removed. As the male employee filed the top coat he too looked in disbelief as every nail was peeling off. He said to the owner "she must have forgotten the priming coat" I witnessed multiple people come in after me that were sat to get pedicures and manicures. As I sat with my hands soaking in nail remover upset that they couldn't fix my nails I began to scrape of all the gel. By the time the gentleman returned I had completely removed the gel and asked for a refund. Julie originally said no but then offered $10. Seriously! I have spent plenty of my hard earned money here. They did the horrible job yet I had to remove my own gel as they took new clients...and wouldn't refund the charges. She then says no refund because I came in a week before. Yet it was only 5 days and I showed her the picture she took as proof yet still nothing. I will never return and proceed to tell everyone else to not return!!!
