I just purchased a used vehicle from Liberty GMC. Our salesman, Clem, was welcoming and knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking at. Hobby, the finance manager, again was welcoming and very professional. I had a very minor problem with the vehicle on the way home. I alerted Clem to the problem and he immediately offered to correct things. Later in the day, Laura from the Customer Service Dept. called to check if everything was okay. You don't get that kind of service anymore. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars isn't necessarily Liberty's fault, but an auto industry problem. I can't understand why these transactions always take 3 hours or more. I would buy from them again.
