  • I use to go here to get my nails done by one of their former employees. She always did a great job!! It's been at least 3 years since I've been back and Jenny no longer works there. I was between shifts with my job, it was 1:30 in the afternoon when I asked if there was a wait, I was told 10 minute wait. I asked how long would it take to do a french manicure/pedicure. I was told 1 hour. Great! I don't have to be to work until 3:45 Let's do it. I was quickly escorted to the chair where you soak your feet and get a massage. The guy who I corresponded with was finishing up another customer who wanted each finger nail painted a different color and designs on the nails which he obviously wasn't aware of, because 30 minutes gone by before he got to me. He did my pedicure and toe nails before passing me off to another employee because he had a customer come in who had an appointment. That's when everything fell apart. The other employee who probably felt rushed, because by this time it's around 2:30, but I feel confident that I'll be out by 3:00ish..... nooooo..... the french manicure to my nails turned into a disaster. The white polish bled into my nail bed, and the tech tried to claim it was the way my nail bed is!!! NOOOOO so he tried to fix it, not satisfactory at all, then we added a tiny streak of silver glitter polish just underneath the white tip. well it didn't look right to me there was too much of a gap between the two and now that I write this, there was no arch either. So I asked him if he could connect the lines. Long story short, He built up the line so much it looked like a 5 year old did my nails. By the time I got out of there I barely made it to work on time. I still tipped him $10 so the total price was $55 for a lousey nail job! I'm going to look for someone else to do my nails! I did have my nails redone at the Regal Nails in Phoenix and they did a great job!!! They also added the Gel to make sure the job would last longer! That's what the other place should have done in the beginning!
