  • Hey! So far so good. Got our mail box several weeks, perhaps even a few months ago. I honestly can't say enough good things about these guys. I am bad with names, but I can tell you I have always been treated with a smile. I can also tell you that I have only had to use my key maybe one time. This is because I walk in the door not but 5 steps and I am being handed my mail or retrieved a package. I consider this excellent customer service. It's like being treated like a regular right from the start. Don't even get this from the coffee shops these days. I have not used any other services as of yet but am sure the team here would be helpful if needed. The place is clean and the supply areas have what you need. I did research other mail office options, the prices are competitive, and ultimately I feel this location specifically, not only convenient but was the right choice. I recommend this location and high fives to the staff.
