READ THIS-------
I came by with my friend after eating a few stores down and the minute I walk in the lady behind the counter gets out of her seat, slides her phone on the counter and takes a deep breathe like it's a problem i'm here. Every time I asked her question she was beyond rude and her attitude was beyond horrible. I was indecisive between two flavors and every time i asked about them she literally huffed and puffed then responded. Fast forward to me not getting anything but my friend did. We walk out and try the ice cream and it's completely stale. How can ice cream taste stale? IDK GOOD QUESTION I HAD THE SAME ONE. We walk back in nicely and ask if we could get a refund because it's not good, mind you the smallest nibble was gone from it. She immediately catches an attitude and says "its food you can't return it seriously" I told her we didn't eat it and she still was being a complete witch.. After going back and forth she wants to tell me clearly i don't understand how food business works. News flash, I've worked in food places and still currently do, one with much bettter customer service i may add.... I proceed to ask for swap of a new flavor and she walked away back to her phone and chair and says "MAYBE IF U ASKED NICER THEN I WOULD GIVE IT TO YOU SO NO" I was in complete shock. I kept my tone, my friend did have a hard time but come on now, Anyone would've blew their top. I told her I want to speak with a manager and she told me "good luck the manager likes me" I then said does your manager know how you treat your customers and she smiled and said "no she doesn't but she likes me so..." Honestly horrible. Screw the bad ice cream, the service was so beyond bad I spent the last few hours searching for corporates number or anyone that could get her fired. I recorded the altercation but not sure if I can upload it. I did include a picture from a previous review and it's the same lady they had a problem with. Her name is Deanne, I believe. Manager if you come across this, I advice you to hire more polite people. (I will be sharing the video and the story on facebook instagram and twitter)
