| - The manager , Linda, was great . The other staff can kick rocks.
Memorial Weekend: We arrived early, and requested an early checkin. Supposedly, they did not have any rooms available until 3pm. However, the black woman at the desk was assisting other guests (white) and helping them check into the same type of requested rooms with no problem. She also had a bad attitude and treated another "black" guest rudely as well. I observed her on and off for 2 hours as we waited....same character. Once Linda arrived at 3pm, she assisted us and upgraded our rooms for the trouble we experienced. She also showed courtesy and respect.
FOOD::: The breakfast is Cook-to-Order...meaning, you can have an omelet made exactly the way you want it, with a choice of ingredients. The other part of the breakfast is your standard hot potatoes, oatmeal, french toast, bagels, meats, biscuits, pancakes, etc. The drinks were orange juice and cranberry cocktail juice.
The dining area is dirty, the chairs have crumbs and the restaurant is OVERPRICED. upon my day of departure, I ordered room service for my guest (grilled cheese and fries, 2 sprites)...came to almost $13. They automatically include the tip.
They allowed for a late departure
