  • I am not a real fan of such stores, especially around Halloween, but when I need balloons this is where I come. I was pleasantly surprised that even on a Saturday, the store was no overwhelmed by patrons and that there was some floor staff available to answer my questions. Such a shame that my check out cashier was so slow. Perhaps Party City should start drug testing because this employee acted high as a kite and couldn't even count to three (I can't even make this kind of stuff up!) Against all odds, my balloon order was correct and ready for me the next day. Will miracles never cease!
