rev:text	The employees at Sky High have been helpful. They were in contact with us repeatedly to set up the panels. Which look great by the way! There is always someone who gets back to me when I've had a question or problem. I had a strange incident with the power to one of our pool pumps that occurred after Sky High was out here. They offered to come out and make sure it wasn't due to a recent repair they had made. The problem was a loose wire in the circuit breaker box. They have been the only ones to have been doing work there, but for some reason they didn't catch it. When I asked to pool person who came the next day to talk to them and explain what was going on, DJ, who is part of the installation team, responded that it shouldn't have anything to do with the solar work they've done, that he isn't a certified electrician and that maybe it was "a loose wire" in the breaker. Well, that is exactly what it turned out to be. The person who came to check the pool was a certified electrician and proceeded to reattach the wire, fixing the connection and the pump. It seems questionable that the Sky High installers overlooked the loose wire and suggested that was the problem, especially since they were in the breaker box the day before, and like I mentioned, they are the only ones to work on the box. I am grateful that they were willing to check and drive out to Surprise. I would still recommend them if you're looking for a solar system. Doing the research, they had the best deals and the professionalism to back it up.
