  • Horrible service! They must be raking in the $$$ because being in retail myself for 30 plus years. If I had customer waiting outside to give me cash, I wouldn't watch the clock then slowly waddle over to the door and open it NOT A MINTUE EARLIER THEN 10 o'clock. Then the girl does not even say hello or greet anyone. Kinda reminded me of the goth people on South Park. The front counter people did greet and were cheerful. I'll tell you I won't shop here again and listen up Zia's, your gonna have to pay for the nice new building, first thing I'd do is reevaluate who you hire. Its all about the service now and the little mom and pop records store BLOW YOU AWAY! Try the Record STore, Eastside or other small stores.
