  • If I could rate any lower I would... Nothing professional about this place. I came in to get a return for my glasses because it's been over two weeks since I ordered them just to find out "oh they're in actually." Everything was good during the exam and then I shelled out WAY more than I should've for glasses that I will rarely use. (my fault there, I know) I have gone to eye Drs in Vegas for about 5 years and will never use these guys again. They denied my refund even though there is no return policy on the receipt and didn't even offer me as much as an apology for the whole process. Also might add that if you use vision insurance they treat you like you're using coupons or something.
