I personally will never purchase a newspaper again with them. I'll also be advising the company I work for to not advertise in this paper anymore. It isn't probably a good idea considering it seems like no one gets their paper.
We signed up to get the paper everyday back in February.
First, it didn't start when it was suppose to so I had to call and get the ball rolling on that.
Second, I noticed we hadn't gotten the paper in a few weeks. We had been very busy with Mother's Day and having guests in town that I didn't notice sooner. I called and they apologized and said that would be fixed. That call was two weeks ago.
Third, we hadn't got the paper this whole week. I noticed today (I had been home sick and finally feeling alive and alert today) just two weeks after my compliant! We called and finally cancelled. It said it was like pulling teeth to get a decent refund, but we did! The excuse for not receiving our paper is they are UNDERSTAFFED. Their workers have to many deliveries that they aren't able to complete them. I'm sorry, but how is that legal? Taking my money, but not providing the services?
I'll stick to the internet or tv for all my news.
