  • Strada Jewellery deserves 10 stars -- not just five! Every one of the positive reviews about Aram's service is well deserved. I sent him images of my worn engagement ring and he responded almost immediately with detailed comments about the work that needed doing and an (incredibly reasonable) estimate of the cost. I brought the ring to him the next day, and he had it ready that afternoon. Thrilled with the quality and speed of his work, I then brought in a ring that needed re-sizing as well as an antique gold ring. As I stood there, Aram cleaned the antique ring and tightened the claw on the diamond and handed it back to me -- no charge! Again, the ring to be re-sized was ready the next day -- and he even returned the piece of gold that had been removed -- all for a really reasonable cost. So to re-cap: his response is swift, his prices are great, and his work is really superb. To top it off, Aram is a charming conversationalist who works in an airy work space on the second floor of one of Toronto's great heritage buildings. That means it's also a pleasant experience to go there. If you want to stay and watch him work, he's fine with that. But you can also go and come back when it's done. No pressure. What a great find!
