  • After kitchen remodeling; had them come out and put back the plumbing for the kitchen sink/garbage disposal etc; and replace the shut off valves; since the remodeling guys broke the shut off trying to turn it off. They came out that same afternoon; and did a great job on everything else; but I had wanted ball valves and the guy told me he would put in 1/4 turn valves; (same thing) but when I got home; they put in the exact same type multi-turn kind that seizes up with the hard water we have in Chandler AZ. Now they told me "my wife said it was ok" which is total BS; because she doesn't know the difference between a plumbing device and a hole in the ground. Then I was cut off from their customer service rep; click; done.
