Wow, I feel a little guilty after reading the other reviews on here about Cox because I just had a fantastic experience and specifically logged on to yelp to share.
I began having problems with my internet a few weeks ago, finally got around to calling Cox last Friday. They sent a tech out the same day, and they replaced the cable from my street to my house. Didn't owe them a penny, all for free.
Problem started up again over the weekend so I called again yesterday. Same day, literally one hour after I called, I had a tech at my house replacing my modem, again, for free.
Now I haven't had a problem since, back to lightning fast internet and all the netflix I can handle :)
Dare I say, I love Cox.
