  • DO NOT rent from this complex!!!! Terribly unprofessional staff, especially Alyssa (leasing agent). She could not do anything for us today. Went to pay rent and get a closing receipt for our apartment and she couldn't do either! Well, what are you there for??? Also, extra fees for everything, including parking!!! Who makes you pay extra to park in a lot? Uncovered. Everyone is forced to park on the streets, which makes it dangerous pulling out. I parked my new car in the lot once and they had it towed! My 1970's era washing machine was so loud we couldn't use it, or the neighbors would complain. Nope, never fixed. In a year, they couldn't get around to it. And a 60 day notice to move out! Seriously. Again, I cannot reiterate this enough...DO NOT RENT here!!!!!!!!!!
