  • Worse property management in Vegas. They make tenants pay for repairs. People rent so they aren't responsible for home repairs. We didn't have a working dishwasher the entire time we rented. We notified the company when we moved in that the dishwasher did not work and we were told they could arrange for their service company to come look at the dishwasher. Then we were told we would be responsible for the cost of repairs. We had just moved in and they want us to repair the broken dishwasher? Well we soon found out all service and maintenance repairs are paid by the tenant. The property company just sends over the company they want the tenant to use. Some repairs are covered under warranty and only cost the tenant $75 if you are lucky. How ridiculous is it to have tenants pay for rental home repairs? They also never return security deposits. The security deposit doesn't go to the home owner or towards fixing up the property it goes straight into Real Property Management's greedy pockets. Be warned that the company also sends someone to your rental 4 times a year to spy on you. They claim it's to inspect for maintenance issues they may need to address but it's to check up on hard working paying tenants. These so called inspectors take pictures of your belongings and even take pictures of your toilet bowls. Just to make sure you clean the property. Then, the company tries to fine you for anything they can find during their invasion of privacy. I've rented plenty of properties in the past and have never dealt with such a sneaky, greedy, nasty company before. I wish I had read these reviews prior to renting from them. Do not rent from this company. The company charges you just to get a front door key. One would think a front door key comes with renting the home. Not for a replacement key but for your first key when signing the lease. They will not fix any maintenance issues unless you, the tenant, for for repairs out of pocket. They will also try to charge you extra fees just to pocket more money. Then, finally after keeping the property spotless you will not receive any of your security deposit back. The company will not provide you with an itemized list or any evidence of how they used your security deposit. Since they pocketed your money they of course have no proof of using the security deposit towards the property. Be warned this is an underhanded, shady company that you should not give your money to. Real Property Management is dishonest, greedy, and underhanded.
