  • What happened? Used to be the greatest vet practice in the valley. Now after being a loyal customer for 18 years, I need to look for a new clinic. I still admire Dr. Hudman for his clinical ability and animal rapport, but the front office policies have taken all the joy out of going there. Up until a few years ago if I had an animal who got sick or injured, they would tell me to bring him in and they would squeeze him in. Now if my animal is sick they refer me to an emergency clinic and don't even ask information about him or want to schedule a follow up. It's happened 2 me 3 times in the last couple years. Instead of the small town clinic atmosphere, it's become a very cold and uncaring place to keep care of your pet. Very sad to see the best in town sink to mediocre at best
