  • I am so excited to have found this amazing place! So many reasons, but I'll keep it to my top 3 reasons you should check out Goveias: 1. I have never had a shellac manicure so flawless and relaxing that also lasts 15+ days without even a single chip or issue! Erica has done my hands twice and both times executed perfectly with long-lasting results! This time I also got a pedi from Julie and am loving this unicorn color that I haven't seen at any other salon! 2. I had a couple of different hair professionals (including a barbershop owner) try to give me the undercut design I desired, but no one has been able to execute the perfect line control and symmetry that Melissa gave me yesterday! I am so grateful for something I thought would be a relatively easy request turning into a breeze for her in comparison to my previous failed attempts with others. After waiting weeks to grow out the last failed attempt, I'm now satisfied and proud to show it off! I will definitely be relying on Melissa's precision and attention to detail in the future! 3. The universe clearly works in mysterious ways, but the "small world effect" is strong in this shop. Julie makes you feel like part of her family and network immediately. Plus, it became apparent that the other women who came and went as well as the women who provide services within the shop all enjoyed one another a great deal. Who knew I'd meet a young lady who shares a birthday with me, and another woman who was born in the same small tourist town in Wisconsin where my grandfather built our family cabin on a lake, 2700 miles from where we sat yesterday. Good vibes, excellent service, easy parking/access, great people! I highly recommend this little salon.
