  • Internet service very sketchy. Sometimes it's fine, at time you want to throw out entire laptop phone pad and anything needing connection. Have lived in LA Chicago, Cox in Vegas has very poor internet service. After posting comments about me and my friends consumer experiences on Cox Facebook page, Cox sent me a public response ..... John Doe, we host a Facebook page because we encourage customer feedback, whether it be positive or negative. You are welcome to remain a part of our community and share constructively with others; however, please know that spamming our page violates our house rules and can result in banning. Our Facebook Guidelines can be found at https://www.facebook.com/coxcommunications/info. -Karen Cox cant get their service to work right, instead tries to control consumer comments on social media.
