***Update. Starkmans called and did put through the credit. It took them two weeks and two phone calls but they did do it. Receptionist called me back of all people. They should keep him and promote him to Store Manager.***
Really sad to write this review as I love the fact that they are local and have been in the neighborhood a very long time. The customer service is really atrocious from everyone except the Filipino lady unless you are clearly one of their friends. I returned a product and am still waiting for the credit to be processed. Three weeks and four phone calls later, I still have not received my refund. Will now go to dispute it. Sad that they are in such contempt of their customers.
