Rep over the phone gave me a hell of a deal, 181.00 a month with home life and gigablast. WOW!, and NO fees......i must of died and gone to heaven. Until I do a speed test to find out I don't have gigablast. NOT HAPPY, so we had to switch back to 300 mbps. No biggie, then I get the bill in the mail, ready for this 690.00. HOLY COW, like any sain person I call cox, apparently they charged me for a price of equipment and their is activation fees and they didn't informed my wife or I about the 2 yr agreement......i would expect this from a government agreement not a cable company......not a happy camper....so please if you have a rep come to the home or even talk to someone over the phone, ask them if their is any contracts involved, if they say no, ask to speak with a supervisor, cox homeliffe is a 2yr agreement contract.
BE AWARE, JUST BECAUSE THE ARE A WELL KNOWN CONOANY DOES NOT MEAN THEY ARE NOT SNAKES!
