  • I booked a ride from Downtown to the M Resort and also a return with a flat rate of $45.00-one hour, plus tax $48.41. Thinking I will be charged twice which was approved through booking online on my laptop. I come home a few days later and checked my credit card statement suddenly I'm charged $72.62 TWICE!! Hah? I called dumb Bell Trans and spoke to a Supervisor. Supv says the booking on the computer was wrong due to the M Resort being a little farther away so "it" supposed to charge me an hour and a half. I did not authorize this transaction prior to me taking the ride both ways! Sneaky eh?! Beware of this company! Bell Trans!!
