  • Thank you, Jay for your prompt and very courteous service...going above and beyond. I had bought a 2nd hand beach cruiser and wanted it checked out before I started riding. He got to my house right on time (lol, actually earlier than expected) and went right to work checking out all aspects of the bike...found a slight defect with the rear tire rubbing against the fender and took the tire off, got the rim readjusted...put it all back together. Gave himself a good workout trying out the new bike pump I had bought to properly inflate the tires and took it out for a brief ride to check the gear shifting mechanism before making sure the bike was properly sized to me and had me try it out. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Jay...he's reliable, honest, and I believe in supporting small businesses. I would call him in a heartbeat if I had another issue with my bike. He works on all types of bikes, although with electric bikes he only deals with the bicycle itself (not the electric aspect). I love that he comes to you and fixes the bike right at your house. Thanks, Jay. PS. If you request a quote and for some reason haven't heard back from him in a reasonable time, call him...sometimes there's a glitch with the 'button' to request a quote.
