  • I would love to have given 5 stars, but we were there for nearly 3 hours and it wasn't that busy, granted it was from 10pm to 1 am, but still. So I was sent here from VAC Paradise Valley Emergency Animal Hospital at 6969 E. Shea in Scottsdale...DO NOT GO THERE ... not if you care about your fur baby. So we were sent here because the aforementioned changed their wait time from 45 minutes to 3 hours, I am so happy that we came here, the other place had rude employees (see my review). Anyway. SVC was clean and ALL the staff we encountered and the Vet were amazing, so nice and professional, they truly care about their patients. I will say though we got there at about 10:30 pm and did not leave until 1:10 am and it was NOT busy. But honestly , as frustrated as I was at waiting, I didn't mind because I feel like my dog got the best care there. I highly recommend this clinic for all fur babies.
